VYPE: What are your goals for this season?
Luke: My goals for this season are to make it to the state tournament, be named all-conference, and to make others around me better.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Luke: It’s taught me to not quit on anyone or anything, and it’s taught me to be tough and committed.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Luke: My favorite teacher is Coach Drake. He’s always there when I need him or need someone to talk to.
VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Luke: My mom inspires me the most because she has never given up on me and believes in me the most. She’s always been there for me and would do anything for me.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Luke: Isaac Harris left the biggest impression on me because he was always tough on me and trying to make me better.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Luke: My favorite part about being on a team is bonding with my teammates.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Luke: Hawaii and drive around the island with my friends.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Luke: I am passionate about my sport because the amount of work I put into it, and I grew up watching it and fell in love the first time I touched a basketball.

Luke: Thank you to my head coach, Coach Drake. He has done so much for me and talked to me when I needed him, and I’ve never really had a coach that was like a second dad except for Coach Drake.
