VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Jack: I want to be the best for my team and achieve the goals I set for myself. I also want to see myself improve.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?

Jack: Hard work and dedication can help you achieve whatever goals you want.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?

Jack: My favorite part about being on a team is that they support you and are always there for you. My team is all my friends and I always have fun with them.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why? 

Jack: My favorite teacher was my physics teacher in 10th and 11th grade, Ms. Brewer. She is very nice and understanding and she made her class fun.

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Jack: Katie Ledecky inspires me because she has been swimming for a long time and has been good for so long.

VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to and why?

Jack: Jalen Hurts because he is constantly finding new ways to improve and get better for his team.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Jack: I would go to Mexico or Florida with my best friends and go to the beach.

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?

Jack: Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.
