Q&A with Sand Springs’ Kylee Bailey – Presented by Sun and Ski

VYPE: What goals do you have for this year?
Kylee: My goals for this year are, ending this school year with a 4.0 GPA and hitting zero at
regionals and nationals!


VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Kylee: Cheer has taught me to work well with others and just have a good time anytime
and anywhere.


VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Kylee: My favorite teacher is Mr. Kearney because he always told jokes in class!


VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Kylee: My mom inspires me because she taught me to keep going for my dreams no matter
what gets thrown your way.


VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Kylee: Alysa Chase has left the biggest impression on me because she is always in a good
mood at practice and always shows up whenever you need her to.


VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Kylee: My favorite part is that you always have people there for you.


VYPE: Who in your family is the best athlete? Explain.
Kylee: My stepdad is the best athlete because he’s out there doing the sport that he loves,
BMX.


VYPE: What’s one sport you wish you could play that you don’t already play?
Kylee: A sport I wish I could play is softball.


VYPE: What profession would you like to work in?
Kylee: I would love to work in the medical field, like a nurse or maybe a doctor!
