VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Boomer: It has taught me how to be a leader.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Boomer: Getting to lead the team.
VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?
Boomer: Because my goal is to play at the next level.
VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
Boomer: Baker Mayfield, he is my favorite player.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Boomer: My head coach, Sal Guerrero
VYPE: Who inspires you?
Boomer: Tom Brady, because his greatness came from hard work.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Boomer: Gunner Wilson, when he left I really had to step up on both sides of the ball.
VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?
Boomer: Florida, I would like to go alone.
VYPE: When and how did you first get into playing your sport?
Boomer: I have played football since I was in the first grade.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Boomer: I get to represent where I’m from

Boomer: Playing defense with Gunner Wilson

VYPE: What is the best advice that anyone has given you?
Boomer: Just to relax.

Boomer: I also throw discus on the track team.
