9 Questions with Coweta’s Nyah Addison – Presented by Century 21 – Amanda Curtsinger

VYPE: Nyah, what was this season like for you personally and what events did you compete in for track? 
Addison: The season was more competitive this year as a freshman because I was going against upperclassmen. I competed in high jump and 200-meters. 

VYPE: What area do you feel you most improved?
Addison: High jump because I saw the little things that I needed to fix, and I worked hard and improved my mistakes.

VYPE:  What do you love most about your teammates?
Addison: I appreciate my teammates because they are always supportive and cheer me on. 

VYPE: Do you have a favorite moment from this season?
Addison: My favorite moment is going to state as a freshman and medaling in high jump. 

VYPE: What grade are you in and how long have you competed in track? 
Addison: I am a freshman and I’ve been competing in track for three years. 

VYPE: Do you belong to any other clubs or groups at school? 
Addison: Varsity basketball and National Junior Honor Society.  

VYPE: What would you like to do after you graduate?
Addison: I would love to go to college and get my degree in business and get a scholarship for sports.

VYPE: What will the team look like next year? 
Addison: The team will be stronger, better, and more talented.

VYPE: What’s your message to your teammates and coaches?

Addison: I would love to recognize my coaches and teammates for helping me my freshman year of track.
