Cooper Fiske is a senior point guard for the Spartans. We caught up with Fiske to ask about
the team and his plans for the future.

VYPE: Cooper, what do you love most about being a student-athlete at Bixby High School?
Fiske: Being a student-athlete is great because I get to play the game I love while at school.

VYPE: What grade are you in this year and what position do you play?
Fiske: I’m a senior and I play point guard.

VYPE: How is the team coming together?
Fiske: The team looks promising this year and I couldn’t be more excited to start the
season.

VYPE: What do you enjoy most about being on this team?
Fiske: The brotherhood aspect, we’re a family and always have each other’s backs.

VYPE: Do you belong to any clubs or groups at school?
Fiske: No.

VYPE: Do you have a favorite subject and favorite teacher at Bixby?
Fiske: Lifetime Nutrition and Wellness, Mrs. Delay is my favorite teacher.

VYPE: What is the goal for this season?
Fiske: The goal for this season is to win the state championship.

VYPE: What are your plans after you graduate high school?
Fiske: I plan on attending the University of Oklahoma.

VYPE: What do you enjoy doing with your free time?
Fiske: I like to hang out with friends, fish, and play some pickleball.
