VYPE: Kyle, when did you first become a member of FFA?
Haught: I joined FFA in ninth grade.
VYPE: Who got you involved or encouraged you to get involved in FFA?
Haught: It was a friend of mine.
VYPE: What do you enjoy most about being in FFA?
Haught: Being able to be involved in extracurricular activities.
VYPE: What are those activities you’re in as a member of FFA?
Haught: I am involved in AG mechanics, and the shooting sports.
VYPE: Is FFA and golf your only activities or are you involved in other things at school? Haught: I am a member of the fishing team as well.
VYPE: What advice would you give a student who may be considering joining FFA?
Haught: Do it, get involved and be active in things. Come to a meeting and make friends.
VYPE: Let’s talk golf. How long have you played golf and do you have a favorite course?
Haught: I have played golf since sixth grade and enjoy it. I think that my favorite golf course is Pryor Creek.
VYPE: What is your favorite memory as a golfer and what do you love most about your teammates?
Haught: Being able to go have fun with friends and teammates on the golf course.
VYPE: What grade are you in and what are your plans after you graduate?
Haught: Currently I am a junior and I plan to start my own stump grinding, power washing, and window cleaning business when I get out of high school.
