At the age of three, Brody Peck played his first baseball game. No one could predict where he would be by the time he was a sophomore in high school. Now we know Peck is a member of the varsity team and he’s loving playing with this group of guys. 

“I enjoy all the joy and challenges baseball brings you. I play middle infield and pitch for the varsity team. What I enjoy about my teammates is that no matter the outcome they always got my back and are there to pick me up when I’m down,” said Peck. 

This season head coach Mason Stookey has the team with a 15-2 record through March and Peck believes they have the chemistry to be a great team. 

“The team is looking good, we have grown with each other and playing together better than I have seen. You need to look out for London Fisher, Conner Taylor, and Conner Barnet,” said Peck. 

Peck spent time working on his game in the offseason and his hard work is paying off. 

“I’ve most improved in my fielding, I’ve gotten a lot faster and smother with my hands and feet,” said Peck. 

Away from baseball, Peck is involved in showing livestock and working in the agricultural industry. Once high school comes to an end, Peck said he is prepared for whatever comes next. 

“After I graduate, I plan to go into college and play baseball and whatever happens from there is in God’s hands,” said Peck.
