Baker Leads Talented Charles Page Boys Tennis Team

The Sandites will take to the court with their first match of the season on March 1st on the road to Jenks High School. Here is a quick look at the team and schedule for the Sandites. 

Head coach Drew White enters the season with a solid group of players, including a No.1 singles players entering his senior season. 

“Boris Baker has interest from two colleges,” said White. 

Baker has played varsity tennis for three years. From working out with his teammates to taking lessons at the LaFortune Tennis Center, Baker has continued to improve and is looking to make his senior season his best yet. 

Brett Becker (Jr.) is a transfer student who White said was working hard to see the court this season. 

A pair of seniors will play the No.1 doubles for the Sandites. Justin Aich and Jackson Smith are expected to a have a solid season this year. 

Everett Fothregill (Jr.) is expected to play No.2 singles. 

The regular season will wrap on April 22nd at Union.
