Madison Bailey, Kate Reid, Parker Knight and Hayden McDowell will help lead Collinsville in 2023 under head coach Kylee Cole. Bailey is solid in all aspects of the game. “Madison is our team MVP in every way possible,” Cole said. “Offensively and defensively, she brings an IQ and work ethic that is unmatched. She is steady through the daily ups and downs. She leads our team with a quiet confidence, positive attitude, and immeasurable patience.” Reid’s versatility gives the Cardinals a number of options. “Kate Reid has the ability to fill any role asked of her. No matter where she is at on the field, there is never a doubt that she will get the job done,” Cole said. “Her strong drive to be successful paired with her talent and athleticism makes her a must have on our roster.”

Knight is never satisfied and is always striving to be better. “Parker is a kid who works hard, even when nobody is looking. “‘Content’ is not a word that I would use to describe Parker Knight’s work ethic,” Cole said. “She approaches new challenges head on and is determined to master them.” McDowell has been a big influence on her teammates. “Hayden has a heart of gold. She is a teammate who makes everyone feel welcome and included,” Cole said. “When we added new freshmen to the team, there was never a doubt that she would be the one to take them under her wing. Hayden shows that hard work pays off by her success in both sports and the classroom.”
