Collinsville’s Noah Worden shares his favorite part about being on a team – Presented by Rib Crib

VYPE: What are your goals for this season? 

Noah: My goals for this season are to get to the state tournament and to average 12 points per game.

VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life? 

Noah: What my sport has taught me in my daily life is to stay tough, even when something does not go your way, and through adversity.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?

Noah: My favorite teacher is my math teacher this year, Ms. Johnson, because she is good at explaining and makes us think outside of the box.

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?

Noah: My stepdad, Greg, inspires me because of how hard he works and what he expects out of me.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why? 

Noah: The teammate that has left the biggest impression on me is my older brother because he was enjoyable to play with and be around.

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?  

Noah: My favorite part about being on a team is the friendships that you make off the court.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you? 

Noah: If I could pick any place to vacation it would be Hawaii, and I would bring my teammates, Aiden Anderson and Zac Brown, with me.

VYPE: Why are you passionate about your sport?

Noah: I am passionate about my sport because I love competition and working in the gym.

Noah: I want to say thank you to the coaches and trainers who have taken time out of their day to help me get better.
