VYPE: What goals do you have for this year?
Caitlin: My goals for this year are to maintain a positive attitude no matter what happens
and to work super hard to improve my skills.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that you use in your daily life?
Caitlin: Cheer has taught me how to persevere and thrive no matter what. It has also
taught me to work hard and to be a leader.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade and why?
Caitlin: It would be impossible to pick a favorite between my 7th and 8th grade history
teachers, Mr. Vrska and Coach Mewbourne. They are incredible teachers who have always
been there for me. They are the definition of what it means to be a good teacher.

VYPE: Who inspires you and why?
Caitlin: My dad is my biggest inspiration. He was disciplined, hardworking, respectful, and
determined. He was always my biggest supporter and always motivated me to achieve my
goals.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you and why?
Caitlin: The teammate who has left the biggest impression on me is Mia Cannon. She is
always super positive and optimistic. She never stops working towards her goals, and I
admire that about her.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?
Caitlin: My favorite part about being on a team is the fact that my cheer squad is a second
family to me, and I love them all.
VYPE: Who in your family is the best athlete? Explain.
Caitlin: My brother, Jacob, is the best athlete in the family. He plays football, wrestling, and
track. He used to play basketball and baseball.
VYPE: What’s one sport you wish you could play that you don’t already play?
Caitlin: I love volleyball and wish I could play it.
VYPE: What profession would you like to work in?
Caitlin: I want to be a psychologist or a teacher.
